The House is a Corner plot of an L-shape, so although it's a terraced house, it is not overlooked and has a large garden with views to the hills.  The House has three Bedrooms, two with double beds and one of the double rooms has an en-suite shower, toilet and basin.  The third bedroom has a double bed with a single bed on top as a bunk, so it is suitable for a couple or as 2 singles or possibly a couple and child.

There is a cot and high chair.

Linen is provided including towels and tea towels.

We have a no pet policy.

 
Downstairs is a toilet/cloakroom with basin.

The Kitchen/Diner has Electric Cooker, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine with dryer and plenty of Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and table for 6 sitting comfortably.

The lounge has Colour  TV with basic satelite channels, DVD Player, and a CD/Radio Music System. It has three settees and one armchair and a selection of paperbacks and magazines.  Paperbacks can be swapped for another paperback you have finished with.

Please do not remove maps or Books of history of the Manor Valley and Peebles.

There are basic cleaning materials and a Vacuum cleaner, but please replace washing up liquid and toilet rolls, these are not provided except for enough to get you going!!

There is an ironing board and iron.

The garden has patio furniture, barbeque and fire pit.

The shed has a chain anchored down for locking bikes, this is for peace of mind the area is very safe.  Bring your own lock to fix to chain.
